Summertime

Just checking in. I’d sing the song about summertime to you, but I don’t remember it.

I wish I could tell you that I’ve finished the illustrations. But I haven’t. I am nearly there. I am working on one now and then. But I have to stay within the lines (leaves) and I find that tedious. But I only have one more to go after this one.

I have co-writers who don’t want to do the illustrations, so can’t set a deadline for me to finish. The other thing slowing things down is that my Inner Child is the one who does the illustrations. Not only is she a bit mischievous as you can see from her picture, she also must have a clear vision before she will sit down to work.
